Summer 2014

This summer was incredible. I'm thankful for the opportunities I've been presented and I'm looking forward to what the future holds as a I enter my senior year at the University of Florida. Instead of sharing what I saw and did this summer, I'd like to take some time to share what I learned.

Keep it simple. Life is complicated. Don't make it harder for others. There's such a thing as too much information and it can overwhelm everyone around you. Take the time and do your homework so you present only relevant information in a manner that's easy to understand.

Keep it real. Life is tough. It can be challenging to be yourself when you don't think yourself is enough. Trust you and be you. Anyone worth your time will accept you for who you are and help you along if needed.

Keep it fun. Life is here. If you look for joy in everywhere you go, everyone you meet, and everything you do, you'll never want for somewhere else, someone else, or something else.

It's a big world out there and it's waiting for you. Make it count.
