New Year's Resolutions for 2014
I'm a believer in New Year's Resolutions. While some disagree with the notion of (re)setting goals, I think the act of simply writing them down is only the first step. So that I'm accountable for my resolutions, I'd like to share them with you.
- Dedicate an hour of time to quiet reflection each week.
- Exercise three times a week, even if it comes at the expense of sleep.
- Eat fewer meals alone.
- Be more accessible to others.
