New Year's Resolutions for 2014

I'm a believer in New Year's Resolutions. While some disagree with the notion of (re)setting goals, I think the act of simply writing them down is only the first step. So that I'm accountable for my resolutions, I'd like to share them with you.

  1. Dedicate an hour of time to quiet reflection each week.

  2. Exercise three times a week, even if it comes at the expense of sleep.

  3. Eat fewer meals alone.

  4. Be more accessible to others.
