Post-Preview Retreat 2013
To say that this weekend experience was unique would understate the impact those individuals in attendance had on me in those short 48 hours. We're always told to count our blessings, but there are such occasions where these words need not be said. I am incredibly thankful to be a part of this team and know that our growth individually and with one another follows an exponentially positive trajectory.
To the professional staff, your tireless devotion to our success as an orientation machine and a family is a constant that I trust and an investment that will hopefully bring great returns. To the small group facilitators, your honesty and frankness did not go unnoticed and lends to the natural grace with which you pass this torch. And to my fellow staffers, thank you for learning and working with me diligently as I broaden the boundaries of my own comfort zone and hopefully yours too.
This is only snapshot of a greater journey as others and I learn how to welcome the growing Gator Nation. There's certainly more to come.
