Happiness vs. Intelligence

I was reading through my Tumblr this evening when I was posed with one of the greater questions of my relatively short existence. If given the choice of total happiness or total intelligence, which one of the two would I choose?

Intelligence.

Years from now, it's likely that I'll have changed my mind. Until then, the pursuit of knowledge.

Blog Name Change

I recently changed the name of my blog from stevenevens.me to evens.co . The change is slight, but recognizes that I'm no longer a one-man operation - I'm now part of a team. Having Dogs

As a kid, I'd never had a pet. The idea of having an animal roam about your home felt like a silly concept and a wasteful use of time and resources. Over the last few years with our two dogs, Sophie and Khloe, I've found enlightenment. Our dogs give us a lot of joy and companionship, particularly when either Caity or I would otherwise be home alone due to our work schedules or other outside commitments.  To end in the most cliché of ways – I couldn't imagine our life without our two furry family members.
